Supporting workshops and seminars

As part of the job, engineers and creators have the right to join workshops or seminars once a quarter.
In a questionnaire survey targeting the group's engineers and creators, we have found out that there are lots of people who wish to join seminars when they have ongoing projects or workshops held during office hours but hesitate to do so.
GMO Internet Group has an environment to encourage engineers and creators to join workshops or seminars, which will allow them to be inquisitive and share internally the latest trends, with an aim to increase our technological strength.

  2. Benefits are granted through the evaluation of feedbacks posted on internal SNS after joining workshops or seminars.

This is a program that pays for the cost (up to JPY 100,000 each year) of buying technology-related books and the latest gadgets, and joining development camps, which have high potential for improving skills.
We encourage engineers and creators to work hard to improve their skills. In addition, we encourage them to share internally the outcomes of activities, skills, or know-how, with an aim to increase our technological strength.

Details Pays for the cost of up to JPY 100,000 each year per person regardless of the skills or titles.
