Board of Directors Candidate Announcement
Tokyo - February 20, 2012 -- The GMO Internet Board of Directors today resolved to propse the appointment of a new Director to the 2012 Annual General Stockholders meeting to be convened March 25, 2012.
Further, the term of appointment for all members of the existing Board will expire on March 25 and a proposal to renew the term all 14 members will be put forward for ratification by the AGM at the same time.
