Tokyo, Japan - March 28, 2011 -- On March 25, 2011, the 2011 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders approved appointment of 15 Directors, and at a subsequent meeting of the Board of Directors, Director roles were determined. Please note all resolutions submitted to the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders were adopted.
