GMO Internet to Acquire Stake in CLICK Securities
(Click Securities to become subsidiary of GMO Internet)
GMO Internet Group aims to enhance consumer business

Tokyo - September 29, 2010 -- In a GMO Internet Board of Directors meeting convened today, it was resolved to acquire shares in CLICK Securities (hereafter “the transaction”) making the company a consolidated subsidiary. The execution of the transaction is subject to the waiting period imposed by Article 10(2) of the Antimonopoly Act and enforced by Japan’s Fair Trade Commission.
