GMO Research Launches infoQ Academic Pack

Tokyo – July 4, 2007 – GMO Internet Group company, GMO Research has established a tie-up with American style software developer SSPS Japan to launch the survey research service, infoQ Academic Pack. The new service is aimed at educational institutions using Dimensions, the survey data collection and analysis software by SPSS Japan. It makes marketing surveys available at a low price using the infoQ research panel. Take advantage of the infoQ panel of 470,000 consumers, combined with the survey design, data collection, calculation, and reporting functions of Dimensions for more accurate data collection and efficient analysis.

Advantages of the infoQ Academic Pack
1. Use it for University research studies
Low cost surveys make the infoQ Academic Pack ideal for students writing graduate or masters theses.
2. Quality Sampling
The infoQ Academic Pack gives the customer access to infoQ’s well balanced panel of 470,000 general consumers with a broad distribution of geographical locations, ages and gender for highly accurate survey data at a low price. Until now, research and educational institutions have often been restricted by costs and this has tended to limit research to surveying of the student community. Our service ensures that general consumers are represented in the survey sample and that the desired number of responses is collected.
3. Improved University management decision making
Not only available for graduate and masters thesis research studies, the infoQ Academic Pack can also be used by University administration for the efficient gathering of accurate survey data that can help a university to understand it’s brand image or gain other relevant insights into consumer opinion.
