RapidSite Launches New Hosting Service with Large Capacity Disk Drive 4GB of Memory and Level of Management Options
Tokyo – July 3, 2007 -- GMO Hosting & Security hosting brand, RapidSite today launches a total of six dedicated server hosting services featuring 4GB of memory and large capacity hard disks from 160GB up to 320GB. GMO Hosting & Security is part of the GMO Internet Group.
The use of technologies including video and CMS tools in corporate websites is rapidly growing and there is an increasing need for flexible, high-spec dedicated hosting services. At the same time we are seeing our services being employed for a wider variety of purposes by users with varying levels of IT literacy. Until now, when it came to selecting the best plan for their purposes, users have largely based their decision on server specifications. However in recent years the increasing use of CMS tools and other technologies has led to greater demand for highly flexible dedicated server hosting services as platforms for SaaS and ASP services.
