Tokyo – January 30, 2012 – GMO Internet is proud to announce that it today received three awards in the GameBusiness.jp App Cloud Awards 2012 including the Grand Prize, and top awards in the categories of “Cost Performance” and “Customer Support”

GMO Internet launched GMO AppsCloud in August 2010 providing a cloud based hosting environment optimized to host game apps distributed via Japan’s major social platforms at industry-low prices. GameBusiness.jp App Cloud Awards 2012 are presented by IID, Inc., operator of game media websites including GameBusiness.jp and iNSIDE. The awards are based on level of customer satisfaction with cloud solutions for app developers.
