Joint Venture Company to be Established with Acrodea, Inc. in Smartphone Platform Business
Tokyo, Japan - March 30, 2011 -- GMO Internet, Inc. and Acrodea, Inc. have today signed a memorandum of understanding to establish a joint venture company, GMO GameCenter K.K. that will become a consolidated subsidiary of both companies.
