MakeShop and ColorMeShop Announce Partnership with Yahoo! Shopping
Tokyo – October 12, 2010 – GMO Internet Group companies, paperboy&co. and GMO MAKESHOP today announce that they are partnering with Yahoo! Shopping (Yahoo! Japan) to allow GMO TokuToku Point merchants who use ColorMeShop (paperboy&co) or MakeShop (GMO MAKESHOP) services to post product listings on Yahoo! Shopping PC and mobile websites beginning November 1 this year.
In addition, Epsilon, the payment processing service used by ColorMeShop and Makeshop will support the Yahoo! Wallet payment option beginning February 2011.
About the Partnership
GMO TokuToku merchants are estores that use ColorMeShop or MakeShop and participate in the GMO TokuToku Point common Internet ID and point program. There are currently over 16,000 merchants in the program offering over 8.13 million products.
Yahoo! Shopping, Japan’s largest Internet shopping site receives approximately 33.18 million unique users(*1) each month.
The new partnership offers GMO TokuToku Point merchants an effective marketing tool by enabling them to display products on the Yahoo! Shopping website.

Yahoo! Wallet by Yahoo! Japan is used by around 20 million people in Japan (7/2010). The convenient payment service makes online shopping faster. Epsilon plans to support Yahoo! Wallet payments from February 2011 allowing stores estores selling products through Yahoo! Shopping to offer Yahoo! Wallet as a payment option.
