Tokyo – February 16, 2008 – GMO Hosting & Security hosting brand, iSLE last Thursday (Feb 12) launched HomePage Store, a hosting solution featuring website design and maintenance services. GMO Hosting & Security is a GMO Internet Group company.

HomePage Store is a comprehensive, economical website solution that combines website design and maintenance services with a high stability hosting service from iSLE. In addition to website design and maintenance, the service package also includes domain name, web functions and e-mail functions, tools essential to operating a website. All of these features are available to customers for a fixed monthly fee so the service ideal for customers that don’t want to invest a lot of time and money into their web site or those looking to reduce web site operation costs.
Managing a Website with HomePage Store
1. Website Created by Web Designer
Customers select a design and layout from over 200 samples in the HomePage GALLERY. The designer then designs a website in line with customer requests using the sample selected by the customer and resources that include over 500 photographs, images, and FLASH® images.
2. Website Maintenance
Our designers take care of website maintenance tasks like FLASH processing, updating text, and small design revisions. Up to 10 revisions are available every month at no extra cost. After the site is opened, our customers can focus on their core business without having to spend time on complex website maintenance tasks.
3. Blog-Style Website Updating Features
In addition to having maintenance carried out by designers, customers can also make their own edits and updates. At no extra cost, HomePage Store includes the convenient website editing tool, HPS Editor for easy website updating functions that work in the same way as blog tools.
4. iSLE Website Operating Environment
The website is operated on a high-availability shared hosting service provided by iSLE, a brand that has provided over 60,000 server contracts throughout Japan. E-mail (using the customer’s own domain), e-mail virus removal function, access analytics, and SSL are all standard features of a server service that provides a secure and stable website operation environment.

Future Service Upgrades
In order to meet the needs of more customers, we aim to expand the gallery to over 1,000 samples by the end of the year. We will also seek sales and design partners. The HomePage GALLERY will soon be categorized by theme and design making it easier for visitors to select the ideal design, and we have more plans to improve usability. We will also implement a commission system for design partners. Design partners who design samples for the HomePage GALLERY will receive a payment each time their design is adopted by a HomePage Store customer.
