Hosting Brand iSLE Offers Security Vulnerability Diagnosis Service
Tokyo – January 7, 2008 – GMO Internet Group company, GMO Hosting & Security is partnering with SBT Consulting CORP to offer a web site security diagnosis on services by GMO-HS hosting brand iSLE. The high level application, available from today as an option on iSLE dedicated servers, seeks out security vulnerabilities in our users systems.
In recent years there has been greater concern in regard to Internet security issues such as information leakage caused by weaknesses in web applications. To prevent this kind of damage, web applications must be continually checked for vulnerabilities so that they can be detected early and removed regularly. Until now the high cost of regular vulnerability diagnosis has been prohibitive for many companies.
However, with this new service iSLE has made it possible by offering a high level web application vulnerability diagnosis service for the low price of 31,500 yen per diagnosis.
Web Site Security Diagnosis
The web site security check service uses the SBTC diagnostic system to check for vulnerabilities in customer web applications. Security consulting engineers with multiple qualifications including CISSP(*1), use the latest technology to identify vulnerabilities and provide a report outlining risks and methods of removal.
We are also offering a free trial (diagnosis only, no report) allowing our customers to find out fast if vulnerabilities exist in their web applications.
