Notice of change in certified public accountants, etc.

At a meeting held today, the Audit and Supervisory Committee of GMO Internet, Inc. adopted a resolution calling for the change in certified public accountants, etc. conducting audit certification defined in Article 193-2, Paragraphs 1 and 2 of the Financial Instruments and Exchange Act.
