Notice of Change of Company Name in Consolidated Subsidiary (from GMO CLOUD K.K. to GMO GlobalSign Holdings K.K.)

GMO CLOUD K.K. (TSE 1st Section: 3788), a consolidated subsidiary of GMO Internet, decided at the meeting of the Board of Directors convened today to submit the proposal regarding change of company name and amendments to part of the company’s Articles of Incorporation at an extraordinary shareholders meeting to be held in August 2020.
